Lead AI and digital transformation initiatives across KNS Group. Built a locally hosted, AI-powered Minutes of Meeting system that records meetings or accepts uploaded audio, generates transcripts and structured minutes, identifies action items, and assigns responsibilities and due dates to relevant users - creating an end-to-end workflow from conversation to individual follow-up while keeping AI processing within company infrastructure. Rebuilt the Damai Karya Abadi corporate website (dka.asia) with improved SEO, multilingual accessibility, performance, maintainability, and protection against common web attacks and spam bots. Built and launched the responsive Sachajuan Indonesia e-commerce website (sachajuan.co.id), aligning its catalog, product pages, image galleries, and desktop and mobile purchasing experience with the brand's global visual identity. Implemented an automated cold-lead outreach workflow that identifies prospects, sends personalized email campaigns, and streamlines follow-up. Additional work includes a secure whistleblowing platform, an email broadcast and engagement-tracking system, OpenWebUI and Ollama integrations, an internal AI API, IT ticketing and asset management, Grafana infrastructure monitoring, n8n automations, a KITE customs application, and an internal padel court booking system.
